and its workflow.
1 - How can I send/receive big files?
You have several options through different free web services

All our customers have their dedicated FTP space.
2 - Recommended software
For translation, better opt for the industry leader: Trados Studio. Make sure to have an up-to-date version (not less than N-2).
MemoQ is a very good and cheaper alternative. Wordfast Pro is also a valid choice.

4 - Why not chat on Skype?
Skype is a convenient device to get in contact quickly and stay in touch at little or no expense. Still, chat can actually become very invasive.
To make sure we stick to our professional standards, we often shut Skype down during rush hours.
Nevertheless, you can still contact us any time. Just send us an email and we will get back to you ASAP.
II - Accounting
1 - Can I be paid by check?
You cannot be paid by check. Fees incurred to cash an Italian check are high, that is why we're advising you to use a bank transfer, Moneybookers or Paypal.
2 - What are an IBAN and a BIC, where can I find them?
The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is made up of a code that identifies the country the account belongs to, the account holder's bank and the account number itself. The IBAN makes it easier and faster to process cross-border payments. The IBAN appears on account statements and in the bank's online systems. A BIC (Bank Identifier Code) identifies the beneficiary's bank quickly and easily.

4 - Accounting
First of all, please send all your invoices and accounting related emails to . Project managers do not deal with this matter.
You should be sending one invoice a month - summing up all jobs completed during that month - in 2 copies (one by email to and one by post) mentioning the following details:
- Full company name, Contact, Address, VAT
- Bank details: IBAN and BIC/SWIFT or email address for PayPal
- Preferred payment method (bank transfer, PayPal)
- Our payment terms: We pay 30 days end of month.
However, should you wish to be paid on delivered you will be happy to benefit from our special payment scheme BCCash.
